The selection process will take place in several stages: a questionnaire, online testing, a video interview, and a final interview with the prospective supervisor. This will allow the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) to assess candidates' professional skills and determine their future internship placements.
Applicants who successfully complete all stages of the selection process will become CBR interns for a period of up to six months. They will be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and will receive a salary. In consultation with their supervisor, each intern will be assigned an individual schedule to make it easy to balance work and study. Remote work is also an option. The most talented interns will have the opportunity to continue their careers at the CBR.
In autumn 2025, more than 210 students completed internships at the regulator's [the CBR's] branch offices across Russia.
